Insulation and Protection Boards
Insulation and protection boards come in various types and materials. They are typically used to protect waterproofing membranes or dampproofing products and are available in different thicknesses to achieve greater R-values. Several materials are available, depending on the manufacturer, which include extruded and expanded polystyrene, asphaltic protection course, rolled roofing protection course, and fiberglass boards.
