Dampproofing

Dampproofing products are seamless foundation coatings, designed for moisture protection of below grade concrete or masonry foundations. These products are used on walls where non-occupied space exists on the opposite side of the wall. Dampproofing may be applied by spray, roller or brush. Dampproofing products are typically applied at 10-mil, 20-mil or 30-mil thickness. Most membranes may be applied directly to green concrete.

Damppoofing products may be applied on vertical surfaces including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Concrete below grade walls
  • CMU below grade walls
  • Above grade cavity walls
  • Retaining walls
