Blindside Waterproofing

Blindside waterproofing utilizes various technologies such as bentonite systems and chemically adhered systems. Blindside waterproofing may be applied to lagging or soil retention systems prior to concrete pour or shotcrete foundation placement.

Blindside waterproofing can be applied on vertical or under slab structures including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Lagged foundation walls
  • Concrete caisson or shotcrete retention systems
  • Zero clearance property line construction
  • Under slab conditions
